Anaphylactic purpura: This condition may be due to fragility of your capillary blood vessel walls which makes them leak blood. Usually the cause is a hypersensitivity reaction. This explains why your blood cell counts are normal (only vessel walls are affected which increases your bleeding time in response to minor trauma)

My 35 y/o son noticed tiny red pin dot spots on his arms..Not in one particular area..No other symptoms, had normal CBC & Urine 2 months ago.. Is this a concern? Could it be from something he is using, or dry skin/excema or from house heat? Worried?
