My 35 y/o son noticed tiny red pin dot spots on his arms..not in one particular area..no other symptoms, had normal cbc & urine 2 months ago.. is this a concern? could it be from something he is using, or dry skin/excema or from house heat? worried?

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. You may watch and wait. If the spots, ulcerate, develop into bruises, other part of the body get involved, he gets fever or loses weight, it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
