Ans: Sounds like a few different issues here. Need a good history. The bloid may just be from the nose. Could be dry or irritated with allergens. See your doctor for a goid sinus exam. Also did you have any facial trauma? Need a history and then exam. The pustules are another issue. Must give goid description of them. Are they painful? Itchy? Do they spread? Could always have a biopsy if no tx works.
