Doc noticed some tiny red spots on tibia region and said something about trombocytopenia if i spelled corectly. but in the cbc the trombocytes value is normal...could i still have that? im 30 yo. he is on vacation now and i cant contact him. thanks

Depends on details: Skin dots or spots are hard to describe or visualize in words. An in-person exam is usually needed, but a video consultation with a good camera may suffice, such as HealthTap's video consultation service. That said, thrombocytopenia is defined as a low thrombocyte (platelet) count. Having a normal platelet count means a person does not have thrombocytopenia in that blood sample.
