Not that usual: But if you have been in bed it could be. Any urinary discomfort or change in urine? Could be infection in kidneys. Some arthritis issues are brought out by diarrheal illness. Any blood in the stool? Any rash/pain on or your feet? If you don't get better fairly quickly you should probably be checked. Meanwhile, heating pad, antacids, acetaminophen if needed, but avoid NSAIDs. Good luck!
