? appendicitis: If your lower abdomen soreness is on the right side, you should be evaluated right away in an ER for appendicitis. Loss of appetite is a very common early symptom of appendicitis, and gradually abdominal discomfort tends to localize in the right lower abdomen. The right arm pain could be linked to irritation of the diaphragm from abdominal inflammation. I recommend urgent evaluation.
