my son (11yrs) has had a low grade fever (38deg) for 2 days. other symptoms are loss of appetite, sore tummy and nausea and general feeling of tiredness and unwell. should i see a gp or get him a covid test or just wait it out? thank you

Yee: A COVID 19 screening test is recommended. Encourage fluids,rest and monitor his temp. Use Tylenol rather than Motrin to treat fever until COVID 19 screening negative.
