Yesterday, pressure at pit of stomach with bad gagging. now lost of appetite, feels like stomach burns at times. dry cough and sore throat. when i ate, i could feel food come up to throat when i burped. pepto-bismal seem to make everything worse.

Reflux?: These may be from acid reflux which can be triggered by weight gain, stress, fatty/acidic food consumption. Try an OTC anti-acid pill to see if this helps. If the symptoms persist for more than 2 weeks or get much worse, need to see your doctor.
