I take paroxetine to try to treat ulcer and gastritis (which are probably due to anxiety) but i read paroxetine has ulcer as side effect?

Need help from GI: If you have a peptic ulcer,most important is to start the right GI treatment, with acid secretion blockers +/-antibiotics, etc.according to your gastroenterologist Dr. While this is done, anxiety needs to be addressed with anxiolitics, a good combo is clonazepam 0.5mgBID and a slow titration of an SSRI ( fluoxetine or sertraline or escitalopram,etc).
