Very rare: Ulcers are caused usually by helicotbacter pylori for which the treatment IS antibiotics. It is not uncommon for antibiotics to cause abdominal discomfort and sometimes pain, particularly macorlides and tetracyclines although they can all do it. Try an antacid and bland foods to start. If symptoms persist I would see a doctor.
