A blood clot in the: heart chambers initially should be tested with an Echocardiogram. Information needed: does patient have atrial fibriillation? On anticoagulation? What are the symptoms?

What can cause your heart rate /blood pressure to spike? Have had labs with d dimer, trops, ecg, X-ray, echo, holter. Some days its good, others Im constantly going from 100-140 heart rate all day even sitting and my bp gets high. Any other tests?
