Propranolol: All of your symptoms would improve with a beta blocker. Propranolol is a good one. Since it requires a prescription, talk it over with your doctor. (ps, as you've probably already realized, a positive ddimer is meaningless unless you have risk factors and clinical suggestion for blood clots.
