Chest xray, cbc and d dimer last week came back normal. last year had blood work and an echo come back normal. could i still have heart problems?

Symptoms?: What type of symptoms do you have that led to all these tests? This is a good number of tests already, but the tests to obtain should be guided by your symptoms, not the other way around. Given you age, unless you have symptoms, I doubt that you have heart disease right now; but 70+% of Americans will get it at some point in later life. A stress test and cardiac enzymes are other possible tests.
