A member asked:

I'm on antibiotics, but only to take care of my red/sensitive gums... can i still exercise?

Yes: Exercise will not affect gum disease. Antibiotics alone will not cure gum disease. Your diseased tissues will need physical treatment, pills alone will not do the job. See your General Dentist or, preferably, a fully qualified gum/bone specialist, a Periodontist.

Yes: Antibiotics alone cannot cure your gum disease. Please see a Periodontist for the proper treatment. Modest exercise that you are accustomed to is always recommended for the maintenance of good overall health.
