No: Not all tick bites lead to lyme disease and not all doctors prophylax againt lyme and if they do, one dose is all you need.

Not necessarily : Antibiotics are only needed if a tick-borne illness is transmitted (or perceived to have transmitted). Follow your physician's directions on this.
