How long will it take for a tiny soft skin infection to heal on an antibiotic . i have been on for 3 full days and have 4 more days to go on antibiotic and this tiny sore is still red?

Best to finish the antibiotics then evaluate the skin infection. The area where the infection was can still stay a pinkish-red color for some time after the infection is treated. It takes time to fade. What is most important is to finish all the antibiotics. Follow-up with your doctor if any concerns after the antibiotics are done.
