My daughter had lots of drainage (at least 4 paper towels) from her left ear that looked like carmel & a walnut size lump on her neck.what could it be?

Ear infection: It sounds like your daughter has an ear infection with a perforated eardrum. Sometimes, there is so much pressure from the infected fluid that a small rupture in the eardrum occurs and the fluid is released. This rupture usually re-closes on it's own. The "lump" is probably a swollen lymph node that is attempting to fight the infection. She should see her doc for an exam and antibiotics.
