My daughter 7 years old fell off a wall monday late afternoon, she looked fine but this morning at 2am she started vomiting and having a fever. she also has a lump/bump under her right ear that she is saying is very sore, also stiff neck?

Evaluate: Please see your pediatrician right away. She may need a course of antibiotics and further testing. Discuss the possible causes including Strep infection, an ear infection or viral illness with your PCP. Provide hydration and control fever with Tylenol.
