Need to see: It's going to be really hard to answer this question without seeing the lesion you're talking about but it could be an infected cyst that needs treatment with antibiotics and possibly even drainage.It could also possibly be a very enlarged lymph node which become enlarged when there is some other infection in the area which still leads me to believe you need to be seen by your doc ASAP
