Sleep quality is: important. One POSSIBILITY is sleep apnea. If you have that you will be waking up throughout the night and not knowing it and not getting enough REM (dream) sleep. Please see your doctor. You may also be depressed and a mental health professional can help if that is the case. Peace and good health.
