Would need to see u: Would need to see you in the office. If you are transitioning from female to male, you may want a mastectomy to remove all breast tissue so you are totally flat and you have less risk of breast cancer going forward. The draw back is its not reversible since all breast tissue is removed. Also a decision would have to be made about removing or keeping the nipples. Consult with a surgeon in your area
