I have a small lymph node above my collar bone and it has gone down some in the past two weeks i noticed it 2 weeks ago. it was painful for first couple days now it's just there. i took antibiotics for 2 weeks. what should i think of it.

Probably an: infection if it responded to antibiotics. Other unlikely possibilities include atypical infections, inflammatory conditions, and rarely malignancy such as lymphomas.
