Multiple: It's not advisable to avoid foods with carbohydrates as they often contain multiple sources of vitamins, minerals, and fiber. These are vegetables, fruits, breads, and cereals. The only other food groups are proteins and fats and, while important in a balanced diet, should not be eaten exclusively.
