Am having eczema repeatedly..now have got some new rash that itch on ankles...is it eczema only or can be something else too..am tired of cortisones!!

Either: Both atopic dermatitis & allergic contact dermatitis can cause the rash. If you are sick of cortisone, consult an allergist to see if there alternate Rx suitable for you. If you have contact allergy, avoidance would be the best approach but you will need to identify the allergen before you can avoid it.
