Likely not ringworm: Skin rashes are common in infants & a single patch of rash can be a lot of things.From drool rash to ringworm to allergic reaction, etc. If it improves with hydrocortizone it is probably not ringworm. It doesn't sound worrisome at this point so you can bring it up with your pcp at the next scheduled visit.
