A member asked:

I'm 20 years old & i went to the doctors & they took my heart rate & it was 108 then they did it again & it was 126. what does that mean?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Nothing specific: These numbers are well within the range of normal for your age. They may have been up a bit because of your stress hormones at being examined. Sleeping rates are generally slower and cancel out the stress factor. The numbers themselves have no significance.
