? why a heart doc ?: If you're an average person your primary care provider can take care of you/your heart as a single source.If you had some sort of heart problem as a kid and saw a heart doc then, ask them to recommend someone. You need to find a primary doc that coordinates your basic needs and knows how best to get you in to see a specialist when needed.
