I had colon sigmodioscopy done for left sided abdominal pain, report says low grade dysplasia ,pls can u advice what does this means?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Need for follow-up: There is no immediate danger, however, there is a potential for more serious lesions developing in a few years. More serious lesions are not inevitable, but you should follow your doctor's advice for follow-up tests.
