32 F LLQ abd pain: Left sided abdominal pain can be caused by a long list of things. In a 30-year-old female, its more likely to be from ovaries than say from the colon. It could be from benign things such as constipation. It can be referred pain. Diverticulitis less common. The last thing you want to do is guess about your health especially when it may or may not be a serious problem.
