Omeprazole is given : to some infants with gastroesophageal reflux in doses of 1milligram/kg/day. Your 20 mg. daily dose of Prilosec gives your baby about 3 micrograms/ kg/day. Doubling that is still a negligible dose, so you don't need to pump & dump. Customize the AAP's Healthy Children app for your baby's age for information on sleep, nutrition, development & behavior that will help you enjoy each stage.
