You're kidding right: Breast milk is constantly in production and any use of Cocaine will transfer into the milk for several days.Baby get a dose any time they are fed & suffers the destructive effects. This is something you give up to breast feed (which is a good idea otherwise). If you can't give it up, use formula or give up the kid.S/he deserves the chance to grow up without the damage of the drug.
