No: Breastfeeding does not cause "saggy" breasts. The ligaments in the breast will naturally stretch with change in weight with pregnancy. Also, larger breasts will sag if you do not wear a supportive bra for everyday use and exercise.

No: No and further more what difference does it make? Should not the best thing for your health and your babie's health be more important than appearance. A good supportive bra will help during and after nursing, and if you are a professional runway fashion model, you'd probably want to get plastic surgery to "fix" it if it really needed to be fixed. Don't let this be a reason not to nurse your baby.
