Pain: pain in the left arm could be coming from anywhere in the arm this needs to be assessed The headache also could represent many things Your PCP may be able to help

Sharp pains: Sudden sharp,fleeting pains are usually of nerve origin-that is an irritable nerve that fires spontaneously(neuralgia) and in your case I suspect the irritable nerves are superficial ones in the scalp and in the vicinity of the left arm. These are not serious situations but if they don't resolve see your physician or a neurologist.
