Nothing to worry abo: Sounds like something that is just interesting, rather than worrisome. Sometimes, the little muscles at the bottom of the hairs may activate. This can happen in winter, in cold weather as the purpose of the hairs is to stand up , trap heat near the skin and keep u warm. Sometimes, fright can do that as they have "sympathetic" nerves that stimulate them. It is most likely nothing to worry about.

Plan.: Just calm down. This is not medical condition what required any intervention. It may happen due to static electricity created by some clothes. Check what you are wearing an who are next to you.
