Yes: Possibly your thoracic outlet blood vessels or nerves are being pinched by the maneuver. Get a vascular opinion and testing. Some will respond to physical therapy. Some may benefit from first rib removal to open the outlet.

Nerve compression: Or perhaps blood vessel compression at level of shoulder. Might be due to anatomical narrowing at thoracic outlet such as cervical rib, but could even be seen in some carpal tunnel syndrome pts.
