Yes: Brief intermittent dosages of tylenol (acetaminophen) should be ok. Mild effects with prolonged high dosages of tylenol (acetaminophen).

Yes: Watch your diet and any antibiotics to be sure the inr stays in proper range. Also be aware that bacterial infections can be a real problem after viral / flu like illnesses and you need to stay in touch with your cardiologist.
