I fell badly and hit my head on a toilet and passed out about 4 weeks ago and i still have a tender bump on the top of my head. should i be worried?

S/p fall concussion: Signs of concern are headaches, confusion, visual disturbances ,disturbed sleep. The bump is form the impact, if nothing else is going on it should resolve without incident and no need to worry. But since you had a loss of consciousness getting checked out is a good idea. .

Concussion: Your concussion occurred 4 weeks ago. Had you a brain injury you would have experienced more symptoms than just a "tender bump", but if you are concerned, perhaps your doctor could get a skull X-ray.
