Not needed: If you are having a mixed diet of fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, nuts, low fat milk products, legumes, beans, lentils, there is no need for protein supplements.

Not at All: I agree with dr singh.Studies have shown that they help promote and do absolutely nothing.And they have very dangerous potential side effects. No gain and maybe much pain.
