No, that's not: too much. Not drinking any milk is where many young women get into a little nutritional jeopardy because milk is such a good source of calcium. The only concern would be the fat content of 3 cups of milk. There is 2.4 grams of fat (1.5 grams of saturated fat) in a cup of milk; 7% of the recommended daily amount. So 3 cups would be 21% of daily recs. If you can drink 1 or 2%, much better. Stay well
