Likely Not...: Your milk supply will likely remain adequate as long as you continue to breastfeed regularly and eat and healthy diet. There is no evidence to suggest that oatmeal greatly increases breast milk production. If you have any concerns, please consult your physician or a lactation consultant.

Not really: You could eat another high protien meal and make sure you take plenty of fluids.
