What do you suggest if i would like to make it a lifestyle.. with a diet like veggies/coffee/oatmeal etc. is this a good way to maintain health and lose weight safely?

To Lose weight: I admire you for your concern for Health and lose weight safely. Veggies/coffee/oatmeal is not a Healthy Diet. Have Balanced Diet with Protein, Fat, carbohydrates, Minerals, Vitamins and Anti-oxidants. Start with 1500 Calories/day and daily exercise to lose weight. Walk, hike, swim, dance Set goal of losing 5-8 ponds/month. Feel good about your achievements See a Physician and Nutritionist
