Humerus: This should be quite painful. If you have any question, please have the X-ray done as this can be a dangerous fracture.

Possible: he would be in excruciating pain if his humerus bone was broken. If he has swelling or redness with pain, he should be examined in an urgent care car or by his primary within a day or so.
