See a dermatologist: Guttate psoriasis usually clears in a few WEEKS. Do you have plaque psoriasis or erythrodermic psoriasis or pustular psoriasis? Do you have psoriasis??? You may have psoriatic arthritis. Do you have nail changes? Clearly you need a dermatologist or a rheumatologist.
