Two mirrors: Imagine two mirrors. One is the mirror one year from now where you lost the weight. On the other side the mirror where you stay the same or keep gaining. Look yourself in the eye in each mirror. Fast forward 5 years from now. Thin on one side, overweight on the other. Then 10 years. Then 20. Look at your face, your clothes, your room. Which one do you want to be in 20 years? Then do it.
