Other issue?: Unless you are very short i don't see how 60 kilos is fat. Sometimes we look in the mirror and we don't see what is really there. Your state of mind or how you feel about yourself at that moment may significantly alter what you perceive to see. You should speak with your doctor/provider for an objective assessment and if needed they can give healthy recommendations for weight loss.
