Beating the plateau: When you have hit a plateau it is because you are most likely now consuming the same amount & not less than you daily calorie needs. Your daily calorie needs include your BMR (basal metabolic rate), + your adl's (activities of daily living) + your current activity level. You either need to increase your exercise (& also change up your exercise routine) or eat a little bit less or preferably both!
