Pain: Although the bleeding and cyst may be related, you should see a provider and have a pregnancy test. We always worry about pain and bleeding which may be indicative of an ectopic pregnancy.

No and yes : They probably aren't related. But you should see your gyn. Who did the ultrasound if it wasn't your gyn?
