Chin symptoms: The black/bluish discoloration could represent a subcutaneous hemorrhage in the left chin area. This might also cause some numbness and tingling. You could also have early symptoms of shingles involving the left chin area (herpes zoster). If these symptoms worsen you should see your physician.

Mystery : The numbness indicate a nerve involvement . The location indicates a facial nerve involvement .the discoloration indicates internal bleeding that rarely happen spontaneously unless you are on a major blood thinner. Most likely indicates trauma . If you do not remember any trauma then it could be on of these unrecognized trauma by applying a make up or touching the door with your face. See a doc

This is area: That is innervated by a specific nerve. If you had dental work or injury, this nerve can get affected. If not, see your doctor for x-rays to see if there is any bone that has trapped the nerve and blood tests to make sure that you don't have generalized nerve disease.

Anxiety: The description and transient nature of your symptoms suggest it's not due to anything of significance. The most likely cause would be anxiety. The more you focus on the area the more likely you will notice it. If the symptom should become more severe check with your doctor in the unlikely chance an underlying medical illness is causing it.
