I have intermittent numb lips top & bottom but only in the corner plus slight lip immobility. also intermittent numbness slight pain on my chin & tingling above my lip. all left side. i also have swollen parotid and temple. what could cause this?

Facial nerve: Since a portion of the facial nerve exits near the parotid gland, I assume that parotid gland pathology may play a role in your facial symptoms. I feel that collaboration between an Otolaryngologist and neurologist is the best way of getting both diagnosis and treatment options for your problem.
