My Fitness Pal: I always return to My Fitness Pal online when I need to get back on track. That website is free and allows you to track your calories in and calories burned. In order to lose weight you MUST consume LESS calories than you burn. Start there - there are great discussion groups and exercise groups you can join to suit your personality! Good luck
